LaToya "Toi" Powell
LaToya 'Toi' Powell is a Spiritual Holistic Wellness Coach, multidisciplinary artist, author, and founder of The TOI House, LLC and Dreama's Wellness™. Rooted in faith and fueled by creativity, Toi blends holistic wellness practices with the healing power of storytelling, mindfulness, and spiritual restoration.
As a devoted follower of Christ and an active member of her church's discipleship ministry, Toi's approach to wellness is deeply Spirit-led — weaving together meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and holistic coaching to help people rest, release, and reset from the inside out. Her work is an extension of her calling: to guide others toward wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.
